2. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise engaging with Melbourne Lawn Enforcement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and the revised version will be effective upon posting to this page.

3. Services

We provide property maintenance services as described on our website and as agreed upon in individual quotes or service agreements. The specific scope, frequency, and nature of services will be confirmed prior to commencement of any work.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe work conditions, access issues, or non-payment.

4. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes provided by Melbourne Lawn Enforcement are estimates and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Quotes are based on the information provided to us at the time of assessment. If site conditions differ materially from what was described or assessed, we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly.
• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.
• Additional work requested beyond the original scope of a quote may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before the work is carried out.

5. Bookings and Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we make every effort to attend at the agreed time, scheduling may be affected by weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as practicable of any changes to scheduled appointments.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
• We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, and other methods as communicated at the time of service.
• For recurring or ongoing service agreements, payment terms will be outlined in the relevant service agreement.
• Late payments may incur an administrative fee. Overdue accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency, and associated costs may be passed on to the customer.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.
• Melbourne Lawn Enforcement may cancel or reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, no cancellation fee will apply, and we will arrange an alternative time at no additional cost.

8. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for us to carry out the agreed services. This includes ensuring that gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and any hazards are made known to our team prior to service commencement.

Melbourne Lawn Enforcement will not be held responsible for damage or delays caused by restricted access, undisclosed hazards, or failure to secure animals.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Melbourne Lawn Enforcement will perform all services with reasonable care and skill. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from or in connection with our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, concealed objects, or pre-existing property conditions that were not disclosed prior to service.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed with due care, skill, and diligence by qualified personnel. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will arrange to inspect and, where appropriate, rectify the issue at no additional cost.

To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Melbourne Lawn Enforcement website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Melbourne Lawn Enforcement and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

12. Privacy

13. Governing Law
